I crafted the brand Values, Purpose, Positioning, and Personality. Through research I identified core challenges faced by clients and how to create a strong positioning to differentiate from the competition.

Working alongside designer Gavin Leisfield, I oversaw the development of the visual identity. Including; Logo variants, Colour palette, Typography, Application Concepts.

I re-designed the Be Gargantuan website and implemented the brand strategy through new messaging and visuals, optimising for lead generation.

Mehul Garg is an experienced CMO with over 45 projects under his belt growing brands like Photobox, Air Up, Sneak Energy and eharmony. Mehul was ready to expand his services and team and create a brand that further supports his clients and ambitions for the coming years. With increasing competition in this space, we needed to craft a strategy that would make Be Gargantuan truly distinctive in the market.

Many scale-up businesses were born in the era of rocket-speed growth, where funding flowed freely, and becoming a unicorn was a reachable ultimate goal. However the world of venture capital has undergone a significant transformation.
This shift has in turn fostered a more robust ecosystem, requiring businesses to revisit our fundamental principles. We delved deep into the pressing challenges facing scale-ups today and unpicked the solutions that Mehul has provided over his rich experience.
We clarified the key principles that make Be Gargantuan distinctive, unearthing a unique and authentic philosophy, choosing to focus on the solution businesses truly need - a guide to help them get out of complexity and into clarity.

Having someone to support in the visual identity stage is so helpful when the brand is you. I advise and (kindly) push you to ensure we’re creating a brand that is fundamentally you, and not what you think it should be. For Be Gargantuan, this meant it needed to be dynamic, positive and forward thinking, just like Mehul.
Once the Brand Strategy and Visual Identity was formed, it was time to bring it to life! I created a mobile and desktop friendly Squarespace website for the Be Gargantuan brand, this included:

Perhaps the unsung hero of the project is the brand management. I was on hand to offer unlimited feedback throughout the process, from sourcing and briefing a copywriter to advising on outfits for a photoshoot (yup, I can do that too!). It’s so important to have someone who can ensure proper brand implementation and consistency, keeping the project on track and on brand.
