The Process

  • How your brand comes to life relies on the people who make it happen and so my process starts with you. Whether you’re a small biz owner or Head of Brand, we’ll kick things off with a values workshop to unpick what makes you tick and address anything that’s holding you back to ensure you’ll be the best brand champ you can be!

  • This is the research stage where I’ll gain an understanding of your business, your product or service and your people through a custom brand questionnaire and stakeholder interviews, as well as a solid understanding of your customer and market size through surveys and focus groups.

  • The fun bit! A Full Day session to find your purpose, get clarity on your brand positioning (who your customer is, what they need, who your competitors are and your key messages) as well as develop your personality to inform your visual and tonal identity.

  • I’ll package everything up into a functional Brand Book for you to continue your brand growth journey and make the best decisions for your business.

  • Depending on your needs, I can also oversee the development of your tone of voice and visual identity working alongside my trusted creatives and/or can create a creative brief for agencies to start your brand marketing campaigns.

  • A brand strategy is essentially the details of how a brand builds it’s identity and favorability with its existing and future customers. Imagine your brand strategy as the foundations holding up your building (your brand).
